PART 1: This is a 3 part contest: Part 1 is pretty simple, all applicants must register here. After March 25th, an email will be sent to all successful applicants with further instructions for Part 2. Be sure to enter your email address correctly or you will not receive the message.

PART 2: Is a Pop Quize that must be completed by April 15th.

PART 3: Top 15 from part 2 go on to the final round which will be a video or essay submission.
