HYBRID = 3 DAYS OF FREERIDE AND 3 DAYS OF MOGULS

Session 1 = 7 day camp including 5 days skiing, 2 travel days

Sessions 2-5 = 9 day camp including 6 days skiing, 1 day off snow, 2 travel days

Prices are charged in Candian Dollars. US dollar rates fluctuate daily and will depend on the final rate charged by your credit card company.

TAXES

Note that as of July 1st, 2010 British Columbia will have a new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), which replaces the 5% GST.
Total tax will be 12%. We therefore strongly recommend that all Session 3, 4 and 5 campers pay for camp in full before May 1st to avoid this additional 7% tax.
Payment is normally due in full 3 weeks prior to camp start, so this will apply to Session 1 and 2 campers and any Session 3, 4 and 5 campers who do not opt for the Early Payment option which will save them 7% tax.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Traveler’s Cheques, Money orders. We do not accept Amex. Note that credit cards are charged through in Cdn $ and are subject to the current exchange rates used by your credit card company. A $400 deposit per session is required to secure your spot and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to camp start.

AMERICANS – REMEMBER TO GET A PASSPORT!!!!

All Americans now require a passport to fly to and from Canada.
Please apply for a passport as soon as possible if you do not yet have one.

2010 Discount Programs

• Early Bird Discount – If you sign up and pay your deposit before January 15th, 2010 receive a $100 discount.
(Discount applies per Person, not per Session).

• Frequent Flyer - To thank all of you frequent flyers out there we are again offering a discount of $50 per session if you sign up for 2 or more sessions.

• Bring a Buddy Discount - Bring a friend with you, who has never been to camp before and receive a $100 rebate off your own 2010 camp. Bring two new friends and receive a $200 discount!

• Youth Moguls/Hybrid (Sessions 1 – 4) – $100 discount for Moguls and $50 discount for Hybrid.

• Team Discounts – For groups of 10 or more, one camper comes free. Please contact us for more details about Team and ‘Shadow Coaching’ opportunities.

NEW: Cancellation Insurance

• Cost - $150/session.

• If you purchase our Cancellation Insurance at the time of registration and you need to cancel for any reason, you will be reimbursed all your money back minus the cost of the insurance. This applies up until the day before your camp session starts.

• If you are injured during the camp and must return home, you will be reimbursed $200/day for each ski day missed after you leave the camp. Note that this insurance must be purchased at time of booking, using our on-line registration form – no exceptions at this point!
